We currently offer FREE SHIPPING within the continental US.

Placing your order:

Please double-check that your shipping address and email address are correct before you submit your order. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding an item if it is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address.

If you choose PayPal as your payment option, please ensure your address in PayPal is up to date and matches the address entered in checkout to avoid any issues or delays in processing your order.

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

We start working on your order immediately to process and ship it to you as soon as possible, so we are unable to make any changes, cancellations, or modifications to an order after it is placed.

Please review the size and product information on each product page before placing your order.

Returns:

We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at sophiabdesignart@gmail.com with photos, your order number, and a description of your issue within 7 days of delivery and we will be happy to help resolve it.

Shipping:

We currently offer free shipping within the continental U.S.

Because many products in our shop are custom printed and made just for you, please allow 2-7 business days for order processing and fulfilment before your order is ready to ship out. Some in stock ready to ship items such as original art pieces may ship sooner. This does not include shipping time. Shipping time depends on location, but typically takes an additional 3-5 business days for USA.

You will receive an email with a tracking number to the email provided at checkout when your order has been shipped.

Please note that your order might ship separately in more than one package if it contains both ready-to-ship and various made-to-order products, depending on the fastest way to get your order to you. So you may receive multiple shipment notifications.

We do not have any control over packages once they have been shipped. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding lost or stolen packages, or for any delays and damages that may occur by the shipping carrier. Please contact your local post office/shipping carrier if you have any inquiries so they can best serve you.

Most original artwork pieces will require signature upon delivery.

We currently do not ship internationally. For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact us for shipping costs.

We cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.

Incomplete/Wrong Address

If the address you provide at checkout is incorrect or undeliverable for any reason and the package is returned to sender, we can resend it but you will be responsible for the shipping cost (even if it was a free shipping promotion). We will contact you for details and approval first. You are not eligible for a refund for a package returned to sender due to a wrong address entered by the customer. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping information.

Original Artwork

Each original piece including sculptures, hand-painted wearable art and accessories/bags are handmade and one-of-a-kind! No original can be recreated. As a result, there may be slight imperfections, this is what makes each piece unique! We do not accept returns or refunds because of these slight imperfections.

Packaging

Each original artwork is inspected and carefully packaged with extreme care and several layers of protection to protect the artwork so that it arrives undamaged.

An immense amount of time and cost goes into the creation, packing, and shipment of the artwork. Please take care when opening your package and unpacking your new artwork to ensure you do not scratch or damage it. We try to reuse boxes and cardboard for packaging whenever possible to cut down on waste and provide additional protection.

Please carefully inspect your order upon receiving the package and signing the delivery confirmation, if applicable. In the rare case that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sophiabdesignart@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage (before opening and of damage) within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered so we can evaluate the issue. Please expect to hear from us within 24-48 hours with further instructions.

All images and information of artwork on our website are as accurate as possible. However, please be aware colors you see on your monitor may differ slightly due to variations in monitor settings.
